Processing & Shipping

Production Time

All artwork is originally designed and made to order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

During high-volume periods such as holidays, sales, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If delays occur, we will communicate updates as soon as possible.

Shipping Information

We currently offer standard shipping only.

Estimated delivery time is 4–5 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location.

Orders are shipped via:

• USPS Standard
• UPS

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed over to USPS or UPS.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a new order must be placed to reship the item.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark items delivered before final drop-off.

If your package has not arrived within 1–2 weeks of the expected delivery date, please contact us so we can assist with investigating the shipment.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
