Our Commitment

We strive to deliver high-quality artwork and ensure customer satisfaction with every order.


Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund at our expense.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.


Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement or your package has not arrived:

• Please contact us within 1–2 weeks of the expected delivery date so we can assist with investigating the shipment.
• All lost-in-transit claims must be submitted within 30 days of shipment.

Claims determined to be carrier-related will be handled accordingly.


Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer:

• The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
• Packages returned due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.


Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is unclaimed and returned to our facility:

• The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
• Unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds.


Returns & Exchanges

All artwork is made to order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Personal preference

Size exchanges may be requested, but return shipping and reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
